Common questions
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Tfaddalu Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, billed by the app store rather than by us. You can manage or cancel it any time in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends and you won’t be charged again. The Terms of Service covers the rest.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Open Tfaddalu, go to Settings, and tap “Restore purchases.” If that doesn’t bring Pro back, sign in with the same Apple or Google account you subscribed with. Your Pro access follows your store account, not the phone.
How do I delete my account or data?
In the app, go to Profile → Settings → Account → Delete account. Prefer we handle it? Email us and we will. The account-deletion page has the full steps.
Is my data private?
Yes. We collect as little as we can, we don’t sell your data, and we don’t run ads. The Privacy Policy says exactly what the app and the website touch and why.
Which Arabic does Tfaddalu teach?
Spoken Palestinian Arabic: the everyday dialect people actually talk in, with audio from native speakers. It’s a learning aid, not a replacement for a professional translator or interpreter.
